  • Caring Hands, Servant Heart is a private-pay, non-medical in-home care provider. We do not bill or accept private health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All services are paid for directly by the client or their family.

    We believe in keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward, so families know exactly what to expect without the complications of insurance billing.

  • It’s common for individuals to feel hesitant about accepting assistance. We approach these situations with patience, understanding, and respect, focusing on building trust and helping your loved one maintain their independence.

  • Absolutely! Our goal isn’t to take over tasks someone can safely do themselves. Instead, we provide encouragement and assistance where needed, helping individuals maintain as much independence, confidence, and dignity as possible.

  • That’s perfectly okay! Not everyone needs hands-on assistance. Sometimes having someone to visit with, share a meal, enjoy an activity, or simply provide a reassuring presence can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
